After every technology fix, you would be provided with a service repair protocol in which would be clearly written the issue that has been repaired and the duration of its warranty. If the issue reoccurs within the warranty period the device will be fixed at no additional cause, unless it is proven that a similar misuse has caused it (visits of torrent and warez sites could infect your device repeatedly in which case the repair would have to be billed again).
