We strongly advise you to get back to us to discuss your issue at first as there might not be even a need to bring your equipment and that it can be either fixed remotely or in place if that would suit you more.

Once a connection has been established with you and your issue properly assessed, we will schedule an appropriate time to hand over your failing device.
